We all know that exercise is a wonderful way to relieve stress. But what happens when you are too stressed and tired to exercise?
You have a long day and the last thing you want to do is exercise even though you know that it will help you feel better and relieve the stress. All you feel like doing is crashing on the couch, turning off your brain, turning on the idiot box and doing it all over again the next day.
This can become a vicious cycle. You don’t exercise because you are too stressed and tired but lack of exercise causes you to be more stressed and tired.
So what’s the answer? What’s the way out?
