The Ovi Store, https://store.ovi.com, is Nokia’s one-stop-shop for free and paid content with support for a range of Nokia mobile phones and devices, including the latest apps designed specifically for music fans. Recent additions include; the exclusive and FREE Come Get Rihanna app and the newly upgraded LP33.tv app (more info below). In addition to these great apps, a short video from famed music video director Hiro Murai (The Fray, Bloc Party) and set to a track by popular electronic musician Dan Deacon is premiering today which highlights the endless possibilities for music and entertainment at the Ovi Store.
Nokia recently introduced the exclusive and FREE Come Get Rihanna app bringing Nokia users closer to the songstress with news, music, photos and exclusive video content. Video content available through the app includes live performance videos from Rihanna's album launch event, music samples, a Rihanna biography and photo library, and, when available, information on Rihanna's forthcoming 2010 tour.
The Ovi store also now features LP33.TV, an On Demand music television and digital entertainment app featuring music video related shows, artist interviews, along with music culture and lifestyle content. The mobile application allows users of Nokia devices to watch LP33’s genre-specific video content directly from their device and create their own playlist directly from any of LP33’s channels. Video content is updated in real time so that users always have access to the newest music.
